چکیده
Background: Microbial resistance to antibiotics has led serious efforts discover novel drugs, which is why there so much interest in the use of herbs. Therefore, aim this study was investigate antibacterial effect aqueous, hydro-alcoholic, and alcoholic extracts Morus nigra comparison with some common antibiotics. Method: In experimental study, zone inhibition, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) bactericidal (MBC) against Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, aureus, Streptococcus mutans pyogenes were determined using disk diffusion broth macro-dilution methods. Statistical analysis performed ANOVA test by SPSS software. Results: The results showed that all studied strains sensitive different nigra. highest related aqueous extract nigra, created an inhibition a diameter 22.25 pyogenes. lowest (9 mm) aeruginosa. MIC values bacteria varied from 0.78 3.12 mg/ml MBC between 50 mg/mL. Conclusion: Based on findings shown strong properties bacterial strains, indicates its potential for therapeutic application.
